Thank you so much for caring so much for Finn this spring!  He has always had a wonderful time at your place and will miss going there this summer.  You have been wonderful and have treated him with lots of love.  Many thanks and see you soon!   - Megan and Rick

Milo had a great summer with you... thank you!  If we come back to Toronto next year I’ll definitely give you a call.  - Deagan F.

General Information

All dogs must be in general good health, free of communicable diseases, and vaccinated.    All dogs must be of a temperament which we deem as appropriate for our service. We do not accept dogs that are aggressive, have severe anxiety (identified as dogs with a prior history of breaking out through windows, doors, walls, or displaying other high risk symptoms), are extremely destructive, or display any other behaviours that would pose a risk to us or the other dogs, or otherwise be disruptive to the quality of our environment and care provided to all other clients.

The safety and happiness of existing clients is always our priority and as such we reserve the right to refuse services at any time to a client who’s dog does not meet our criteria for good conduct.

We reserve the right to meet all new clients prior to commencing any services.  Please keep this in mind when booking last minute. This consultation appointment is free of charge, takes place in your home, and gives us the opportunity to meet yourself and your dog, go over all care and service details, as well as discuss formalities.  We schedule our consultation appointments during weekday evenings.

We do not accept out of town clients if a consultation meeting can not be arranged prior to the stay unless you are able to provide us with references from another established dog care business that has cared for your dog or are a referral from one of our clients.

For more information about our policies, please visit the Terms of Service page.

Rover Reward Points

All clients are automatically enrolled in our Rover Rewards program.  Rover Reward points accumulate each time you use our services and are redeemable for discounts on future services.

To show our appreciation for the continual loyal support we receive from our clients, we have created the Rover Rewards Program.  It’s easy! There is no action required on your part.  As our client you are automatically enrolled in the program.

You will be rewarded with Rover Reward Points every time you spend money with us.  The more you spend, the more you will earn back!

Your balance will be updated and shown on your monthly statement or on your invoices if you are an occasional client.  Continue to accumulate your points and simply let us know when you are ready to redeem.  Your redemption will be honoured in the form of a discount on your next statement.  The more points you have collected, the larger your discount will be.

Service Area

Our approximate service area boundaries are from Yonge St to Don Mills Rd, from Eglinton Ave to Queen St, including neighbourhoods such as Davisville, Leaside, Thorncliffe Park, Moore Park, East York, Greektown, Riverdale, and Leslieville.  That being said, our ability to accept new clients in various areas changes from time to time. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any service requests. We just might be able to fit you in. If not, we will try to refer you to another reputable professional in your area.

Thank you so much.  I don’t know what I would do without you.  You are a lifesaver, and I know Wrigley enjoys this too.  - Colin T.
